Unfortunately, the project has had nothing to do with the original 1987 classic horror film The Monster Squad by Fred Dekker directed, they're just on loan the title as it is a neurotic father who must turn a childhood tormentor to his fear of the face dark and the monsters that haunt him. - Over the years, Warner Bros other authors like Michael Arndt and Audrey Wells , a crack at the script to find a balance had of laughs and chills. I guess they found the perfect balance. Instead McG, but they have, to director Mike Mitchell to helm the project brought. Not the best choice for a director , but I think it is good that this. Finally after so many years progress I do not expect anything as good as the original Monster Squad, but I expect a campy horror film, at least. Does someone in the in the nards in this one?
